Beaverbrooks asked us to help them understand more about who was visiting and shopping with them. They also wanted to communicate the new look and feel and tone of voice we’d created for them as part of a brand re-defining process.

With so many different customers, we thought it would be useful to really get a glimpse into their current world. What they’re talking about, who their friends are, even what they eat.

solution

An updatable brand book, B-book was born. There’s a section dedicated to 8 very different customer segments , each with their own wall on B-book, mimicking Facebook.
Out client really understood their customers and got immersed in what the brand stands for, as did all the stakeholders. Marketing efforts have been much more targeted, plus more cross-selling opportunities have materialised.
