Nisbets are the UK's leader in suppling catering equipment to the catering and leisure industry. Being in this position mean't that they were in the lucky position of having lots of data. And they asked us to analyse this to give recommendations on how they could maximise customer value from this.
Our data scientist (Peter) spent an intensive week in their offices, fully immersing himself in all things Nisbets. By working across departments and through a thorough fact-finding process he was able to make several observations.
Recommendations ranged from new data matching processes, new ways of visualising regular reports, through to new approaches to segmentation and evaluating the impact of marketing activity.
Whichever way you looked at it - we cooked up a great result for the client.
