Happy New Year!!

No I haven't lost the plot. Well not quite. I know it’s September and for me this can be as much an opportunity for fresh perspective and new goals. Pretty sure I’m not the only one who still lives by the school calendar. Summer hols out of the way, new notebook and sharpened pencils. So what does that mean for you and your brand? It means that the people in your team, your business partners and your customers are in an open mindset; looking ahead, pondering where they want to get to and who can help them get there. This is the perfect time to sense check your brand’s position and proposition. A quick health check (using a mix of internal and external research) will deliver objective insight as to whether you need a lick of paint, or a complete refurb. The competition is only going to get tougher as consumers feel the squeeze in the months ahead. Now is the time to get your brand in shape for the challenges ahead.
