Our UGC, organic, and paid social activities successfully drove awareness as IF. continued to assist with development and design of new packaging alongside the product development teams at Freshpet.
Crufts has been a pivotal moment for our paid social strategy, converting audiences into customers, especially with the success of one-off purchase hampers and subscriptions. By leveraging insights from Crufts, we’ve tailored our approach to focus on what resonates with our audience, using a mix of prospecting and re-targeting, and authentic product content.
The Outcome
The continuation of multi-channel digital activation, boosted with offline activity like Crufts, has helped Freshpet UK maintain a consistent level of engagement and new customers throughout the year.
We’ve laid the groundwork to establish the concept of Fur Foodies and we’re continuing to educate the UK’s pet parents about the benefits of feeding fresh with Freshpet – to create a cross-channel, scroll-stopping campaign.
